Aside using questionnaire can we create check-in templates to provide prompts for the manager only?

Hi,

We have a requirement where an employee or manager can request check-ins - we have various templates and I want to be able to add some prompt text for the manager only to display when the check-ins are happen.

I see we can create questionnaires for manager, however this would be a long set up process, so wondered if we had anything else we could use on the actual template itself?
