Irrelevant Past Timestamps Appearing in Activity History

Hello team,

We have observed that for several activities in Oracle Field Service, the history section displays timestamps that predate the actual creation date of the activity. These entries appear to be unrelated or inconsistent with the lifecycle of the activity and are causing confusion during analysis and reporting.

This issue raises concerns about data integrity and may impact downstream processes that rely on accurate activity history. We request a detailed investigation into the root cause of these anomalies and guidance on how to prevent or correct such discrepancies.
