Goal Management Redwood 25C – How to Create Validation Rule When Employees Have More Than 3 Goals?

Hi everyone,

In Redwood 25C, we noticed that employees in the “Library Goals” section can currently see the goals assigned to HR users as well.
We are aware that this issue is planned to be fixed in release 25D, but in the meantime, we are trying to find a workaround to limit the impact.

Specifically, we would like to know if there is a way to create a validation message based on the number of goals assigned to a worker.

Our idea is to create a rule that counts the number of goals associated with the goal plan, and:

  • If the number of goals is greater than 3
