Timecard calculated time SQL report showing unexpected results

Summary: I have written a SQL query which is intended to show the period of a timecard for a given user, that user's calculated times for that week broken out by expenditure type, and the period start date for that timecard. It is also intended to show the start date for the employee and group name.

The sql query I have written is almost correct, however there are 2 discrepancies I have noticed when troubleshooting.

  1. Firstly, I noticed one of my timecards shows 18.5 hours logged for the LREG expenditure type, when there were 42 hours recorded for that timecard as shown in the screenshot below. I have no idea why that is
