Missing Interview Definitions for Sales Lead and Opportunity After 25D Update

After applying the 25D update, I can’t find the interview definitions that were previously configured for Sales Lead and Opportunity.

Has anyone else faced this issue or noticed any changes in how interview definitions are handled in 25D?

Any guidance or workaround would be appreciated.
