Error when Rate Subscription Usage Events

We're using Rate Plan for a Subscription Product, we followed below steps but got an error after we ran the ESS job "Rate Subscription Usage Events", error message:

You must map quantity and UOM attributes to persistent attributes in service mapping for all usage charges in the rate plan
