Create Work Requirement for Annual Inspection

Currently when we create Maintenance Program from a Subscription Contract (using OIC) , we are creating a Yearly Calendar and its created for the month of January.

Is there any way of configuring this in such a way that an annual inspection work order is always generated in the first month from the start date.
