How to Fetch the next immediate position in the Worksheet

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Our customer is using Position Management.

In the worksheet, there is Current Position and Proposed Position column. We are required to auto populate next immediate position as proposed position.

Position A

Position B

Position C

Position D …..Etc, etc

If the Employee's current position is Position is Position A, then next immediate position is Position B. It is auto populate. Is this Possible?
