Hi All,

we have customized the RTF template for Performance Fyi Notifications Report.
We have included the Company logo in the custom Template. But the Logo is not getting displayed in the Email Notification as well as the Online notification.

We have tried all these solutions without any success:

  1. Embedded Logo image directly in the RTF template.
  2. Uploaded the logo on UCM server and used the URL to fetch the logo in the RTF template (Using Alt text)
  3. Embedded Logo in SVG format.
