Unable to Adjust Redwood Absence Plan when employee Suspended

Summary:

Prior to enabling Redwood for Absences and Entitlements, we could adjust an accrual balance for a suspended employee. We recently enable Redwood and receive the following error. Based on testing this is specific to Redwood - does anyone have any suggestions on a Permission or Privilege that may resolved this issue?
