View Talent Profile during Talent Review meeting

We are testing the redwood version for Talent Review meetings and have noticed the 'Show Details' button that was available within the responsive UI is not available on our redwood pages. Is this expected or is there a configuration or privlege change that is needed?

With the responsive UI pages, we could select 'Show More' while in the Talent Review meeting and this would take us to see the worker's employment info and other pages (Skills & Qualifications).

With redwood, there is no link.
