New Content Section create and edit not available in Job Profile Types

Summary:

We are trying to create new content section in Job Profile and running into issues with setup. Do anyone have the similar issue with this setup? We can't get the new content configuration to be available in Job Profile. Below are the setup we have done and the issues we have.

My Client Group > Profile > Item Catalogs

  • Create new section with items
  • With Competencies template
  • Added items

My Client Group > Profile > Profile Content Section Access

ISSUE:  New Content section is not available to add security access

Setup and Maintenance > Search >Workforce Development > Workforce Profile >Content Types

ISSUE:  no access to add new content section "Work Experience"
