How do I view and access subscriptions created by other users in Subscription Management Redwood UI

We are implementing subscription management in Redwood UI.

However, I am able to see only those subscriptions which were created by me i.e. where I am the owner.

But I would need access to subscriptions where owner are other users.

How do I do that? Is there a way to achieve this requirement?
