Vecation Rule level we are getting BPM Worklist uses some type of global list.

Hi Team,

The actual requirement is that when we create a vacation rule in the BPM Worklist and search for a delegate's first name, we should only see the email IDs of BHE employees.

Ex: - if I search first name is "Thomas". we are getting below email ids.

     1. Thomas Vernoy - Sales@gmail.com

     2. Thomas Tylor - taylorta@gmail.com

     3. Thomas Barbour - tbarbour@gmail.com

     4. Thomas Longworth - t703749@gmail.com

For example, we want to see only the Oracle user “Thomas Longworth” and not the first three users outside of Oracle.

We created the profile option BPM_RESTRICT_WORKFLOW_USERS_BY_SECURITY_POLICY for restrict the outside Oracle users if this is not a solution. Kindly suggest the right solution for this
