Competencies defined in the Position Profile should automatically flow to the Job Requisition
When a Job Requisition is created from a Position, all associated skills and competencies maintained in the Position Profile should flow through to the Job Requisition. This ensures alignment between the position’s defined capabilities and the recruitment criteria, minimizing manual data entry and maintaining data integrity across Core HR and Recruiting. Currently Skills are flowing competencies not flowing any workaround or is this available in upcoming roadmap
