Customizing the seeded workflow notification for Talent Profile - Manager added a Talent Item

Requirement to customize the seeded workflow notification.

Scenario:
When Manager or HR Admin adds a new profile item then a FYI notification gets triggered to the employee. The customer has created a new content typ called "Project" and "Languages self-declared", the notification content to be customized for these two types.

Issue: Unable to find out the correct notification template which is generating the notification
Analysis Done : The generated notification content is similar information in the report /Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/ProfileChangeNotificationReport but found that this is not a correct report to be customized.
