unable to evaluate life event

Summary:

Hi All,

Within the program, we have a plan for which employees less than 70 years age are eligible. I have attached the Eligibility profile with using the age derived factor at the Plan Level. When we try to evaluate a Life event for that person.It says error evaluating the eligibility.Ideally it should not error and assign only plans which are eligible for him.Can you please suggest if anything is missing.Should thhere be any extra config made.
