Redwood: What is the privilege for Index Management for Sales Orders ?

We would like to remove all actions from the Order Management Configuration work area for users that are assigned Order Manager Role. We want to restrict these configuration actions to a support role only and not to Data entry and Data management of Sales Orders.

We were able to remove all actions except Index Management for Sales Orders. What is the privilege related to this action ? Or how to remove it from appearing on screen?
