Redwood Performance document focus issue

When an employee or manager expands a goal or competency during evaluation on the redwood performance document page the page focus snaps to the top of the comment or rating box, cutting off the title. This creates a glitchy feel to the evaluation flow that forces the user to scroll back up in order to see details about that learning item.

Can this be changed?
