Redwood Talent Profiles: Competency section details are not visible and not editable

Summary:

  1. From HR Admin custom role, user is unable to see the Competency summary details when expanding the section.

2. When attempting to EDIT the section using pencil icon, the section appears empty, even though the details are getting saved successfully.

This section was working correctly after the 25C upgrade, but these issues have started recurring.

We have tried all recommended REST Privileges and observe no REST call failures in the console. What could the issue be?
