SELL SIDE SHIPMENT–MODIFIED event is not trigger whn Order Movment moved to an existing Sell Shipmen

Summary:

We have an automation agent SELL_SHIPMENT_MODIFIED_PRODUCTION configured under Agent Type: SELL SIDE SHIPMENT with the event SELL SIDE SHIPMENT – MODIFIED (restrictions: INTEGRATION or USER and INTERNAL, SELL SIDE SHIPMENT – QUANTITIES MODIFIED).

The agent triggers correctly when an Order Release is moved to an existing Sell Shipment, but it does not trigger when an Order Movement (OM) is moved to the same Sell Shipment.

Expectation: Since moving an Order Movement to a Sell Shipment modifies the shipment structure, it should ideally raise the highlighted event SELL SIDE SHIPMENT – MODIFIED event and trigger the agent, similar to the Order Release move scenario.
