How to create a guided journey with task type as External URL with instance context

Summary:

We have a requirement to add a guided journey to punchout to a Oracle Fusion BI report page. But, due to report complexity the user will enter the parameter in the report page itself.

We are able to achieve this by creating a guided journey with task type as External URL. However, I want to make the URL instance proof so that after a Fusion POD is cloned, the external URL does not get corrupted or point to the wrong pod.
