Show user defined attribute in Custom Stylesheet for Tender

I have a User Defined Attribute in my Shipment Manager Layout. I want to show the value from that Attribute in my Email for Spot Bid Tender but there is no such a field in the Sytslesheet (XML) which can be used. Is there another way to do it or is the only alternative to use another field such as Remarks?
