Unable to get an event in OIC

Summary:

We configured order attribute update in Business event triggers, and we have added order quantity attribute that triggers the event.

When we create a sales order revision and update quantity, we are not getting any event notification in OIC.

Can you please let me know any possible reasons and setups we are missing.

We are able to capture order submission event but not attribute update event.
