Attestation is incorrectly triggering in the time card when importing records from Web Clock

We have configured a Time Attestation Set for only the events of Submit and Resubmit and we have not selected any Device Events.
But when the Web Clock records are imported into the time card with the "Generate Time Cards from Time Collection Devices", it triggers the Attestation despite of the setup of the Time Attestation Set configuration.

Below you can find the steps to reproduce the issue also depicted in the attached file:

• User clocks in and out in Web Clock

• Administrator run the “Generate Time Card” process

• Employee goes to Me->Time and Absences
