Cannot reset my password due to no account recovery method
Summary:
On 11/05 13:00, all my compute instances are offline. I tried to login to the Oracle Cloud portal but showing incorrect password. I tried to reset my password but the webpage said:
"You haven't set any account recovery methods to reset your password. Contact your system administrator to access your account."
So now I totally cannot login to my Oracle Cloud account. Please help!
Any possibility that Oracle restricted my account? Or my account was hacked? My account has 2FA.
