Unable to Differentiate Full-Time and Part-Time Employees in Accrual Matrix Expression Builder

Summary:

We need to grant accruals to employees based on whether they are full-time or part-time. I tried to set this up by selecting the Full-Time or Part-Time attribute in the accrual matrix Expression Builder, but it did not work as expected.

Based on suggestions from Cloud Customer Connect, I replaced the free text value 'Full Time' with the corresponding lookup code. However, this approach also failed.

Could anyone please advise on the best way to configure the attribute so that it correctly differentiates between full-time and part-time employees for accrual purposes?
