Can we eliminate the wait time that auto applies at shipment stop

For example when the date emphasis is BOTH and system tries to match the delivery time, but at the delivery time the supplier is closed. So the system places the delivery time at planned arrival at stop 2 and add wait time and adjust the planned departureat stop 2. So is there any suggestion or way to push the planned arrival also to avoid wait time?
