Default Goal Plan to Current Assignment

Summary:

We have goal plans based on management level and when workers transfer between these (like in the case of a promotion), they end up with two goal plan assignments.

Is it possible to default the goal plan assignment to their current role?

I did see this questions was asked and answered back in 2024 - I'd like to know if there have been any changes since then.
