Manager Sharing Goals with New Employee

Managers want the ability to share goals with a new employee or copy goals from one employee to another.

We have managers who create goals at the beginning of the plany year and share with their employees, but do not assign those goals to themselves. When new employees are hired or transferred to the manager, the manager is not able to share those goals with their employees. We would like to know if there is a way to reshare goals that are already shared or copy a goal from one employee to the new employee.
