EXM_ENABLE_INTERNAL_DIGEST_EMAILS profile option not available

Hi I want to enable expense digest. The profile option EXM_ENABLE_INTERNAL_DIGEST_EMAILS is not available under manage profile options for expenses module.

Also, is there a ESS job that needs to be run for Expense Digest?
