Attestation Trigger for Web Clock Events

We have a requirement to configure Attestation in Oracle Fusion Web Clock for specific scenarios where the duration between clock events is unusually short.

The Web Clock includes the following four actions:
Clock In
Clock Out to Meal
Clock In from Meal
Clock Out

Attestation should be triggered when any of the following conditions are met:

Clock In → Clock Out to Meal is less than 20 minutes
Clock In from Meal → Clock Out is less than 20 minutes
Clock In → Clock Out is less than 20 minutes
