How to remove edit/delete workbench option for Servprov role?

Summary:

Hello team,

I setup a dock scheduling workbench for our service providers, somehow not able to modify the things for left pane of workbench. The edit and delete option I want to remove from the pane so that servproves will not be able to change anything. I checked the ACLs, logic configs but did not found anything relevant, if anyone have idea please help
