Detachable ground schedule and order unassign

Summary:

Hi

I have a question on Detachable Ground Schedules and behavior before and after we 'Release Schedule instance' on related shipment.

When shipment is created and not relesed then we can move Order Release back and forth to that shipment. Shipment is retained even if all Orders are removed from it.

When we release Scheduel instance then we can move order to that shipement, but if we decide to unassign it - shipment will be deleted.

The expected behavior would be that schedule is kept and retained with or without orders as part of schedule plan.
