We have Custom security requirements for a custom role in Core HR

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have below security requirements for a custom role in Core HR.

1. All HRBP should be able to see only particular Legal Employer say ABC Enterprise and ( No other values  ) . There may exist many more
2. All HRBP should be able to only see Workers from their locations only.
3. Restriction of View Should be available at Workforce Structures 
4. Requirement for View All Role and Restricted View to GSL Enterprise and other structures

The above ask should be implemented at Enterprise Level for all HCM Users.

Any guidance or solution to the above is highly appreciated.
