Manager receiving two email notifications when an employee schedule their check-in document

There are two notifications getting triggered to manager when employee schedule and submit the check-in document.

From URL - oracle@hs2 .org.uk

From URL - egif.fa.sender@workflow .g1mail.em1.ukg.oraclecloud.com

I need to disable EGIF URL and keep oracle@hs2 .org.uk enable. Let me know, where to make the changes ?
