Cannot define Performance Rating as evaluator type for custom section

Hello experts,

we are creating different performance talent profile section. However, for the custom ones Performance Rating is not available as Evaluator Type while for the standard one it is available. However we have 3 performance documents with different ratings and we cannot use only the standard section and we need to create two additional ones but Performance Rating evaluator is missing.

Is it standard behavior or there is a way to solve it?
