Employee unable to see 'Goals Shared with Me' section to view shared goals

Summary:

On Responsive UI- We have enabled the Share Goals functionality. We are able to Share Goals and get relevant notifications. However, the recipient is unable to locate the Shared Goal in his/her self Goals area. Is there anything that we are missing to be able to view this section?

So far we have configured below setup:

Enabled Profile Options - HRG_ENABLE_GRANT_ACCESS - Yes, Enable HRG_LOV_SEARCH_SHAREDGOALS_STARTSWITH - Y

Provided related privileges to Custom Employee role.

We have also tested this by giving Seeded Employee role to a user, even then the user is unable to see the Shared Goal.
