Managers and Admins unable to see Performance Goal Feedback for their direct/indirect reports

Summary:

We are in Responsive UI. We have enabled the Performance Goal Feedback functionality. However, Managers and Admins are not able to see the goal feedback for their direct/indirect reports and other users when they navigate through the My Team or My Client Groups pages.

They also cannot see the Goal Feedback on the Goal through Performance Document > Goal Details area.

So far, we have the below setup enabled:

ORA_HRG_REQUEST_FEEDBACK_ENABLED- Y

Enabled Feedback (Career and Performance) tile from Sandbox > Structure.

In TDS --> Performance Goal Details. -->Worker Goals inGoal Plan.--> made 'Feedback Requests' visible
