Purpose of Evaluator type definition in person profile?

Hello,

We have a requirement from our client to make Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss visible for Talent Specialist only.

Thus when Line Manageres are preparing review content (before a talent review meeting) they should not be able to see the rating for Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss.

In the Profile Content Section Access, we gave access only to Talent Specialist Role and in Profiles —> Profile Types —> Person —> Risk of Loss Evaluator Type definition we removed the "Talent Review Meeting Preparation" checkbox for Manager view (refer to screenshot below).

Even after this, when preparing for the Talent Review Meeting, Line Manager can see the column for Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss and their respective ratings.
