Public Holiday header on timecard is incorrect on redwood UI

Summary:

We have recently switched to Redwood UI for timecards, and noticed the public holiday on Dec 26 still displays "Christmas Day" when it should display "Boxing Day".

Checked the calendar events and the right date/times are recorded.
