Grouping Rule Amendments creating separate Subscriptions

in Subscription Management

Hi ,

We are generating subscriptions from Order Management and would like to apply amendments to the same subscription rather than creating new ones. As per the Oracle documentation, we have taken the following steps:

  • Created a grouping rule for amendments by specifying the Action Code in the Grouping Rule Set Selection Rule.
  • Added the Amended Subscription Product PUID in the Grouping Rule Condition.
  • Enabled the profile option OSS_25A_OM_ADD_TO_SRC_SUB_AMEND.

However, despite these configurations, we are still seeing new subscriptions being created for each amendment. For your reference, all amendments are being performed within
