Facing issue on posting of workforce compensation plan for top level manager

Hi Team,

There is no alternate approver defined at compensation worksheet for top level manager. when we are posting the salary for all top manager direct employees, few employees are getting missed in transfer process and those are not showing on error posting summary and salary posted report as well. can any one please help. Notice the missed employees is random in prod vs test instance.
