no Entitlement plan was not auto enrolled in an employee

in Workforce Management

Hi experts,
I have few questions regarding Absence specifically for plan are the No Entitlement plan type.
1. Since this plan type is not accrual, running the Update Accrual Plan Enrollment would not automatically enroll them? Is this the expected behavior?
2. How are No Entitlement plans usually managed?
