OTM Cloud Slowness in China

Users from China continue to face significant UI performance issues with OTM Cloud when accessed from mainland China, with actions taking up to 5–10 minutes to complete and timeout errors .

Based on the logs - the issue is because Chinese Goverment firewall- induce latency and timeouts.

Our Instance is hosted in Europe and when users tries to access the application from China - almost all UI actions times out.
Could you please let us know if you faced similar issue - how was the issue resolved
