Can Preferred Job Function be autopopulated based on a DFF (Preferred Job Name) in Talent Profile

Hello,

We have created a DFF Preferred Job Name in the content section Career Preferences in Talent Profile.
We are retrieving all jobs available on the system for the field Preferred Job Name.

We want the fields Preferred Job Function and Preferred Job Family to be auto populated based on the value chosen in the field Preferred Job Name.
This is to help avoid employees choosing job functions or families that are unrelated to their preferred job.

Is this possible?
Would greatly appreciate any guidance!
