Worker self-evaluation: Issue with the Performance Document Task status. (Ready vs InProgress)

Summary:

We are experiencing the issue in the Performance Document Task status.

For the Worker Self-Evaluation task, the system currently shows Ready for all employees even if they have started the document and saved their response.
We wanted to check how many employees have not started at all (Ready) versus how many have started (In Progress).

This functionality used to work previously, but for this year’s cycle we have observed that is not working as expected.
