How to restrict overlapping experience dates in Redwood UI (Skills and Qualifications page)

Hi Team,

For one employee, the experience dates are overlapping in the Skills and Qualifications → Experience section.

My requirement is:

• The Current Job Start Date should be greater than the Previous Job End Date.
• If the Current Job Start Date is less than or equal to the Previous Job End Date, then the system should throw an error message.

Could you please guide me on how to configure this validation (for example, using a Fast Formula or page rule) in the Redwood UI?
