HDL to create job profile and competency fields(name, minimum proficiency level and DFF description)

Hello,

We have to upload job profiles along with competency fields such as name, minimum proficiency level and also a DFF which is Behavioral competency description.

We found a sample HDL file but the minimum proficiency level is not being uploaded.
And we are getting errors for the DFF as well.
