Redwood: 25D Ratings in both the summary and overall summary do not show for manager or employees

Summary:

In 25D, when a manager or employee tries to fill out an evaluation, the Summary section and Overall Summary are not displaying the ratings.

We have already created an SR for this issue — SR# 4-0001249059.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
